The two files you need

Ok, first you want to download/install these files, You can do that by putting it on the root of a fat 32
USB/HDD once you have completed that you want to plug it into your PS3 then sign in to any account.
Then you want to got to the Games section on your XMB were a folder called Install Packages is located
You want to Click the folder, then you should see the two files thats on the root of your USB/HDD you want to
click both files to istall them, Once thats complete go into Multiman and click thegame you wish to
play (So it saves on the XMB). Then set your Cid with any program you use such asusing controll
console or ps3ita manger. Next launch PSN patch and you want to Spoof your CID,PSID and disable
CFW (Disabling it is only temparly tell the next reboot), then lauch PSn ninja you want to
wipe history and Hide from friends then you should be safe to go onto PSN if everyone follows this
tutoral CID's could last for a long time

WORKING FOR DEX 4.46 REBUG ? i ask about psn patch and psn ninja.

It`s a public CID, they get posted like every 4 hours.

And it`s A LOT of people using these public console ID`s, so of course not everyone will spoof.
