U dont need debug eboot to rtm

Is this tool supposed to open on my pc because it dosnt when i click on it. I need to know how to use this on DEX.

U need net framework 4+.. This tool works on DEX, like the CEX method.. ( i think)

The tool attached with yoyr ps3 when u are on multiplayer..

Tbh Id just rather be on dex

Because im on dex i just put The Ps3tmapi.dll in the same folder As the tool and the other dll's and delete the CCAPI.dll.... If your on DEX and the tool doesnt load just make sure you add your ps3tmapi.dll into the same folder
