My ps3 freez a lot online HELP :(

hi guys
so whenever i try to play online my ps3 freez , first time was on fifa 14 now bf4 and other games doesn't work the screen become black and freez but i was able to play finely months ago now i just get freez everywhere
and always i had to cut the power off the ps3 , so it doesn't turn off properly , i'm afraid if i keep up like that cause a brick
can you tell me what should i do please?
my CFW: rogero 4.55 > spoof > 4.60

yes i have ccapi 2.50 and i use arch spoof

euh well i use ccapi to spoof cid but when i get freez ccapi was alredy discnnected
when i rtm using ccapi i freez sometimes

This is what i done:

• Uninstall CCAPI
• Restore PS3 System
• Reinstall CCAPI.

no it can't be that because sometimes i get freez on a game when i just start the ps3 ^^ i restor the system here
