Are there any consoles for sale that are already done? I've looked on ebay etc.. but I don't want to end up with something that is a problem. Anyone on here sell them that you would trust? Would make it far easier.

Hi, I am a complete newbie with modding and want to learn. Just some general questions. 1) I understand that you need to jailbreak your p3s. Is there a preferable software for it? 2) What is the bare minimum of programs I need to install if I want to mod a game using predeveloped menus etc...
