Not to focus on that right now, but last time I deadlifted 170 I think. I like working on bench press, incline press, pull ups, dips, and some isolation workouts also, like dumbbell curls, cable lunges etc etc.. how about you?
I deadlifted 264 pounds, yeah same pullups, dips and milliary press. On isolation I mostly focus on triceps, cable v bar and ropes. With biceps, dumbbell incline and barbell.
I already cutted in the winter and still cutting tell now. But I'm at my last layer of fat, and they say it's the hardest to lose but all I'm doing is carb cycling high medium and low carb days so I just switch up the days, on the 24 hr fast day, I don't go to the gym. it's a rest day so yeah. Low carbs day, I focus on core and abs, and medium & high carb days, I go full blast on the gym lol.
Of course protein is always high and fats at a minimum depending. Cheat days not very often. And for the bench pressing, I can lift 185. And no it's not that. All you gotta do is lift heavier. I was stuck at 145 for 2 months but I added 2.5 lbs extra and 5 pounds.. and challenged myself that's all. Shock those muscles. They have no reason to get better if your not training them properly. And yeah I take a supplement.
Yeaa, you must been lean and can you see you abs definition? Also my right shoulder seems to hurt a little due to reverse grip bench press so I've stopped that and moved to incline bench press. At the moment I weigh 75kg. Which ab workout you do? Seems like all these protein shakes are garbage. All a money making scheme.
Yeah I'm very lean and my ab definition are noticeable but not completely, still working on it. And some ab workouts I do are the bicycle crunches, pulse-ups, V-Ups etc.. and for core, I like doing the planks and sitting twist with heavy balls. And protein shakes, yeah it depends. Some are useful and some are just shiet. I personally use GNC products. They've helped in my opinion.
