PS3 PKG GAMES PROBLEMS

I have a problem my cid is banned is there a way to unban but for free because some people say that i need to but a cid I need to unban because I can't play pkg games it says that I need to activate the system but the only way to do that is to connect to a psn account or is there another way...

Network Automatically Disabled when playing Game

Pls help me. I was wanted to play GTA 5 online, But my internet connection was automatically Disabled, When I was in XMB it enabled again, pls help me! Edit: I've changed Mac before this, are because that this happened? -Sorry for Bad English, I'm from indonesia
