This is an application made by Tustin, he's been developing this for a few days now and just finished it today so he finally has shared it. This program allows you to create EBOOTs with specific mods of your choosing.

Note: The freeze fix option disables the function that freezes you whenever you try attaching to the game's process. This will allow you to use modding tools.

Why didn't Tustin add "add your own offsets"

Doing it with the for(example i; i++) bw.Write(int()) is not that hard. And then just textBox1 value -10,000

He should allow the users to add their own offsets and bytes.
