These updates are for your game to be updated! If your BLUS you would use the BLUS updates and install them in order from oldest to newest! So if you cant connect to lobbies due to bad assets on GTAV Online, then you would install these in order and it should fix your issue!
The Debug EBOOT is for DEX PS3 consoles.
DEX PS3's are Debugging stations/Developer PS3's

Convert your blus to bles
then download a bypass with mod menu
Any problems with loading or incompatible assets re-install all updates 1.06-1.20 then install EBOOT, .rpf with bypass and mod menu.
