I know I'm late here, but this is the single bigger piece of Garbage BS!

So serendipity ... what LEGAL dispute exactly are we talking about? Your menu needs the game to function, the game belongs to rockstar and they NEVER gave you permission to make the menu.
Also to claim fraud, you MUST prove that 1. this is software and 2. that it is copyrighted and protected.
Which of course it isn't copyright nor legally protected as IP because for that you need rockstar's permission which you don't have.

Oh and claiming a legal copyright when you don't have one, in the U.S. is actually a felony. Its also against the law in the UK.
So if you did report it as fraud, when not having a legal claim, can actually result in a lawsuit against YOU. What a bunch of Dumbf*cks
