4.70 Spoofer for Cobra Firmwares - CEX only

*Some people had problems with the spoofer version, so i updated the files to download. Now it should work fine.*


Tested on 4.66 Habib v1.01. Works perfectly.


As you probably know, Sony has released the new 4.70 OFW, but there's already a way to get online on Cobra Firmwares.

The only thing you need it's PSNPatch 4.66.30.pkg + psnpatch.cfg (Files updated, now it should work without problems): Download - Virus Scan

READ CAREFULLY:

If you want to be sure that the spoofer version is 4.70, open up psnpatch.cfg with Notepad++: Download

Go down and you should find:

- Change it in: cobra_spoof_version=0470

- Save and exit.

HOW TO INSTALL - READ CAREFULLY:

- Once you downloaded the files, you have to put only the PSNPatch4.66.30.pkg in the root of your USB.

- Install PSNPatch 4.66.30 into the PS3, start up it, and then exit.

- Now drag the psnpatch.cfg into your USB, put the USB into your PS3, and start up PSNPatch 4.66.30 again.

- Press "Select" to open Cobra Toolbox

- Press "Triangle" to enable the 4.70 spoofer

- Press "Start" to apply

After some reports, if you have to change your Console ID, i recommend to change it only using CCAPI 2.60.

Habib 4.66 is a Cobra firmware, so it works

Updated again haha, once you have installed PSNPatch, make sure to start up it, and then exit before doing next steps

I can't open psnninja v4 when i spoofed my CID then it it freezes and I turned my ps3 off but then when I turned it on I need to do the spoof again

Mh it's weird, because i can open PSNinja without problems, and if i reboot my PS3, it remains spoofed
