4.75 Spoof Enabler/Disabler by Arch

Change log in v1.16:

• Removed spoof for 4.50 cfw.
• Added spoof for official Rebug 4.70 (only in normal mode / untested).
• Added spoof version 4.75 for cfw standard CEX 4.46/4.55/4.60/4.65/4.66.

I installed it correctly and its telling me im spoofed to 4.75 but it says i still need to "Update"
