Then most likely you're account ID starts with a letter. If it starts with a letter it's not compatible.

When signing up for PSN, the first letter in a ID must be a letter.. lol ..

If you knew anything about resigning trophy folders you would know he means your account ID which shows when you load your PARAM.SFO with bruteforce, not your actual PSN name.. lol..
