I had literally the same problem basically I deleted Multi-man and download the 4.76 CEX multi-man and I wast able to use that. Hope this helps.
And what CFw are you on (for an example 4.76 Ferrox CEX) (btw i'm on 4.76 CEX ferrox and I can mod gta 5 online

Is there a way to change which CFW u have? I currently have rogero

What do you mean the CFW do you mean like eg. Regreo,FERROX ITa, Rebug like that type or just the version of your CFW and no I cannot use skype sorry
How I fixed it was ages ago I kept on getting Error 0XFFFFF so failed to execute the game the reason why that happened was because the spoofer didn't work so after I updated to 4.76 CEX FERROX and after the Error 0XFFFF was gone but a new error popped up the one you just stated and sometimes the error was 8001017 but mainly 8001009 All I did was I deleted multiman and I installed the 4.76 CEX version and I ran multi man and modded games and it worked like a charm (but i'm banned by idps and I need a Cid i got one from my psp)
So yeah now it works.
Also about multi-man what's the actual problem is it when you mod on multi-man and then you run a game and it gives you the code everyetime or is it when you click on multi-man and you try to execute it, it just comes up with the error code?

I Know how to fix it use Irisman then highlight over gta and click triangle then press (fix file permission) and (fix game test ) done u can launch it online with mode menu am on cex ferrox and works
