Logging to PSN from CFW has always a risk of ban, whatever you do. Let's say that homebrews like PS Ninja, or PSN Patch, should give less chances to get banned. So, I suggest you to use PSN Patch before log to PSN

if you use psn patch or not is still risk.I personally never used psn patch.PSN patch makes your console ID 00000000000000000000000
use PSNINJA it clears your history
