ok im wondering: will i get banned if i try to sign in to psn with debug settings (Release Check Mode, Boot Mode, Network Settings) turned to default?
also, if i set a new console id through gamesonic manager and then use psnpatch all in one feature, will i still be risking a ban?

Yes you still can get banned there is no safe way to play on a CFW there will always be a chance

You can dual nand your ps3 so it runs as a CFW and a OFW but that is a pain in the ass to do, and run CFW mode offline and OFW online

For example me, Every time i use PSNinja, never open/play homebrews, only mod MW3 about 1hour and get BANNED
