Banned after a week of playing

I just jailbroke my Ps3 last week and i bought an e3 flasher to do it. I got Console banned and account banned. I'm trying to find someone that is willing to give me a private console id. I don't have Paypal because i'm only 15. Can anybody help me? I have another Ofw ps3 and i was going to use idpstealer but im on 4.75 so i can't. Can someone please help me. I'm trying to be friendly as possible.

Well, at least you can use public console IDs. You can change them with Control Console API ( known as CCAPI ).
Or, the only other solution, is to buy Console ID from trusted sellers. Here I have some trusted sellers of this site, make sure to send a message to one of them if in the future you'll need one :
