it is console id and game cache. you can delete your game cache using multiman. takes about 5 minutes to get back on. sweet!
open multiman - - > settings - - > clear game cache data. change console id.. new psn obviously and ur back.. no modded rpfs because they are checking the checksums against the original file checksums for your gamefiles and regions against their servers. pretty simple way to ban you. i will when i get time try modding some rpfs and patching the rpfs to the original checksum.. this a very old trick used by devs. pretty drastic but delete everything gta if ur not sure what u have modded.. hope you all get back on \/ c***star
