PS3 best free mod menu?

I'm a new GTA ONLINE modder and i got stuck recently. i dont know what mod menu to get. i need a free/cracked mod menu with a lot of protaction options and options like freeze console and disable account and weapon/money drops. if u know a free/cracked menu that have these features please let me know
