BIG ALERT BUTTON??..

Hey guys, i was thinking about cause when people are in and out of forums you can do an alert saying Shoutbox or an announcement happens you can put it in every post of everyone at the top for example:

Then it takes you to shoutbox, i know we have the button next to Forums And Members but the SB is dead

What do you think @Crunch ?:/
