Download whichever DLC you would like to Provide to your game! (whatever DLC you download there is a FIX to, make sure you get the fix and make sure its the right one, if your not sure then just download all of them as there will be no differences it is not a big file at all*
.•♫•♬• stєp 2. •♬•♫•.
Plug in your USB Drive into your Operating System, and the open the root of it (open the USB in File Explorer)
.•♫•♬• stєp 3. •♬•♫•.
Place the DLCs that you have previously downloading (In Step 1.)
.•♫•♬• stєp 4. •♬•♫•.
Eject your USB (Right click on it in File Explorer or just check your hidden taskbar, Usually at the "Show Hidden Icons"area you will see a picture of a USB)
.•♫•♬• stєp 5. •♬•♫•.
Once you eject it you may safly remove the USB and plug it straight into the right Slot Of the PS3 (optional: You can plug it in the left but for extra saftey)
.•♫•♬• stєp 6. •♬•♫•.
Power on your Playstation 3 (Jailbroken/CFW), and open package manager, click "Install Package Files", and then click "Standard" and click on the files one by one, and if you wanna speed it up, i suggest when you click on "Package Manager" You click "Triangle" onto Standard and then click "Install All Packages"

Your Done after installing them you may open the game and then check if you have the Map Packs and Camos!
