Black ops 2 Device Banned

Hi. When ever i go on black ops 2 it says "this system device has been permanently banned from the servers"
anybody know how to fix this thanks

It seem u got a user+mac ban, not by sony but by treyarch. It happens if u get reported by cheating too hard too often. "ps3 change mac address"
