Black Ops 3 Playstation network license error

When i try to start my NPEB black Ops 3 i get The psn license error, it ask me to re-select The activated sistems.
Do you have guys The .rap file to activate it??
Im on Rex 4.75.3 rebug

I yo I have the same problem but I'm on 1.04 update . How do I fix this ? Do I get a 1.04 fix ? I need help
