This is basically for BLUS version of the game, the fix suggests it supports all DLC. To install you need a jailbroken PS3 with the ability to install pkg files or package files. After they are installed, download and install the fix. Done.

It is made for BLUS, atleast the DLC provided is BLUS specific. No need to convert.
