I would suggest using a different browser if for some reason your running into download issues. One issue could be your antivirus if the error your speaking of is while attempting to download in Google Chrome and it fails to download. Solution would be to temp. disable defender or antivirus until the files are completed. They are just .pkg and are installed directly on your PS3, no errors should occur at that point same with viruses. Also if you prefer to download them directly on your PS3, you can use multiMAN to download any installed game updates that are available.
