PS3 [Bo2][1.19][CEX/DEX] Anti-Freeze Tool

I have a question : When i Click Play online in Black ops 2 with My 4.81 DEX IT says Servers aren't available, but they Are available.
I have a Problem People say ITS the eboot but i don't have bo2 on My dev_hdd0
I only habe the BLES01719-install.
Bles 01719 is Black ops 2 in Germany btw.
Please help!

i had that problem before

first delet the game saving and update it again
if it doesn't wotk i sugest to
change to bles01717
then get eboot antiban
build your own eboot with eboot builder
