Borderlands 2 [1.11] RTM / RTE Tool

Hey guys, so a lot of people have been requesting new RTM tools for new games other than CoD to be released in the Elite section, so I've decided to "spice" things up and release a "Borderlands 2 RTM tool". I took the game from this thread:RTM Tools for New Games? (which is my thread) and I will be trying to take a game out the posts on that thread each week and make an RTM tool for it. So make sure to comment a game you would like to see made into an RTM tool. The tool currently has 4 features as it's pretty hard to find much in the game but I will be trying my hardest to update it with new features. If you have any suggestions on what should be made next, or any future suggestions please feel free to comment them on the thread.
