But the thing is, I never modded on that account o.o.. And I made a new one and that one got banned ASAP too. Does it involve the Mac address or an eboot or something? Because I just put a modded eboot (not debug) on to try it out on the new account.

You should be fine.. Just don't sign in with your main acc on your cfw. I just tried singing in on two acc's and it's banned
