PS3 Call of Duty Ghosts Insallation?

Hey guys, I'm currently downloading Call of Duty Ghosts BLUS from here: http://kickass.to/call-of-duty-ghosts-ps3-imars-t8095071.html

Just curious on how to install it. I'm assuming I literally just take the game files and transfer it to my PS3 game via FTP right?

Thanks, I've never done it before so hopefully I can find someone to help me with it.

Yes use ftp. Put it in the "GAMES" folder. Then you can run it with your favourite loader.

Okay great, easy enough. But I've also found this file included with the download:

Is that garbage or do I have to do something with it?
