Can't login to my psn

Hi, so I opened my ps3 after 5 months I set my cid and press log in but then I got this error code: 8002308A
I looked so many forums but I couldn't find the fix :/ can anyone plz help me?

update you ps3 to 4.80 and up or it will keep giving you the error

download the firmware 4.82 Rebug (if you use rebug firmware and check if you have dex or cex ps3) if you got dex ps3 download the D-rex editon of 4.82 if not the Rex Editon
after download put the file into your usb drive which must be Fat32 formated and rename the file into: "PS3UPDAT.PUP"
the file must be in: /usb/PS3/UPDATE/"Your File"
put your Usb-Drive on your Ps3 Slot (the right side) and go to system update with external drive
