CCAPI, and ProDG Target Manager not connecting to PS3?

Can anyone help me? I have a 4.50 ita DEX, and when I try to connect ccapi, it won't let me. I have the package file installed on my PS3. It won't work for ProDG either. :/
 
Ccapi = enter the IP of your ps3. It doesn't matter if wifi or cable.

Target Manager= you HAVE to be connected via cable.
 
Then you should set up everything from the beginning up on. Maybe then the mistake will show.
 
I have? I'm getting the same issue and it's very annoying. Before I state anything, I've been using the TARGET MANAGER previously, now I'm getting this random COMMAND FAILED "CONNECT LOST"... I need to resolve this ASAP :crying:

Check if your IP of PS3 has changed. You can see it on Multiman or in System Information section of XMB.
