ccapi, connected but not working

Hello people,
I readed the tutorial of ccapi.
But in the tutorial it says you got 2 plugins, but i got only 1 plugin named vsh........

I installed the pkg so it reboot. After the reboot i go to my pc and i putted in my ip and pressed connect (ps3 connected)
So now i press refresh console info (still dont working says "???"
When i press retrive list ( processes and kernels) it says nothingg :s

Someone can help me here or on skype?

Also when i filled in console id and press set console id then it says cid got 32 characters, so i removed 32 0's and then i pressed set console id again. After that it says cannot set cID :s

Change your ConsoleID first then retrieve list.

Just for the hell of it...add a 0 to you id...or count the numbers to make sure you have 32 characters

How much plugins do you got? 1 or 2?

Lol you see, thats the problem..
The orginal mediafire link of ccapi is copyrighted so blocked for downloads.
And barry said download ccapi the library v4 version and that 1 only haves 1 plugin

I use xp and i saw a tutorial from creation420 and he is saying xp doesnt works. So i think this is the problem
