Changing internal hard drive

Hello there, im actually on rogero 4.50 and i want to to change my internal hard drive to a 320gb.

-if i do that im gonna lose my jailbreak?
-if i can can u please explain how to do it?

PS:the 320gb hard drive was in ofw ps3.

I found this on a forum a few months ago when I was trying to upgrade my 80gb HDD on my CFW Ps3 to a 1TB. This is the best and safes way to go :)

CFW -> OFW -> Backup -> New HDD -> Restore HDD backup -> CFW

Sorry I can't remember the forum anymore. Basically what you have to do is downgrade back to 3.55 official firmware, backup your ps3 on a usb or external hard drive if you need to, change to new HDD, restore your old ps3 backup on new HDD, Install CFW again.

thank but rogero said that with my cfw (rogero 4.50 1.01) HDD can be swapped/changed and the CFW will re-install without any problem.
