Cid Help

I got a new cid from stcu its valid and all but..

I cant see my friends list and i believe its because the Region is 00000001008E (HONG KONG)
when i change it to anything else I get 8002a224

btw I live in New Zealand

if the problem from cid ask him to get you a new cid

I dont think there is an issue with the cid i think my ps3 is stuffed or something

you cant change the CID characters. or its not gonna be valid... and the region of the cid doesnt matter, the reason you can view your friends is because of your internet connection, id recommend recetting it!
