Hey guys little update: I was working a the slim console and i left cables on board and its now died 
BUT! I had another PHAT console so the images below are what i have done so far 
After hours on working out how im going to ran many cables i started soldering and cutting the leds into the fans, i have wired the fans to the 12v spot under the board so they cool down the system better.The leds on fans are wired together and soldered to there own power source so it don't reduce from fans!
The White leds on the right are also wired to there own source and will help run leds on the left once i install them..
Ill also be installing leds to the usb ports and the back av and hdmi slots!, Im also getting ready the cut the plastics for plexi glass
