Hi Crunchers! 
Today i found this awesome COD4 CEX/DEX RTM tool, which you dont see alot of. Most RTM tools at the time are for BO2,MW3 and ghosts but Cod4 is something special 
Hope that some of you few modders that still plays COD4 can get some use for this!
The stat editor in this tool will be added in the next update!
