computer has a virus

MY computer has a virus I would like to reset it but when I try to reset it, it says find a recovery method does anyone know how to fix this issue I've youtubed everything nothing works for me hopefully I'll get a solution here

Hello, Backup all of your important files and usernames and passwords and put them on a USB, Any Installed Programs you can write down the names.
Settings > PC Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Remove everything and reinstall windows and Get Started

That's what I do, but it asks for a recovery method

Did you delete the recovery partition on your hd. If so your sol without recovery disk. Unless you allowed system restores but system restores can screw up if you use them to much. Quit watching porn hahaha
