The only way to fix that is enter recovery mode and choose option (5) ''restore system'' that will restore the system to default setting like new from a box on that firmware,
everything will be deleted.

when done setup your network to wireless if you was using earthnet or vice versa

you stay on the same firmware, you can still update or downgrade, basically what's like is reinstating 4.46 rebug again, but this will fix the missing files that is not letting you sign in.
