Because you was online before the CID got a ban. In fact if you log out and try to log in again, you'll notice the ban, or, if you stay still online but try to play another game online, you'll receive the message of the ban from the game

You're basically forced to play the same game, but you'll eventually be kicked offline.

I can't give you an estimated time, but it'll eventually happen..I think it usually happens when you're idle for a certain amount of time..(Not sure) But that's what usually occurs when using public id's.
