OKAY so its not banned if your on 4.46 rebug u need to use ps3ita manager 1.40 thats 4.46 version okay then enter the console id without the last 32 0's at the end of the id and it will stop giving u a error code with psid patcher so if your on 4.41 i think for 4.41 or higher you need to use ps3ita for your version

I don't think its modding that's getting the ID's banned Sony would be able to see that heaps of consoles are using the same ID.Or Sony are trolling all ps3 forums
