It's pretty damn obvious public ones will be banned within 30 minutes of initial posting so this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.

What makes it worse however is some suspicious bannings lately. Within 10 minutes of most CIDs being posted, they're PSN banned. It's as if some spiteful twat is taking them JUST to ban them on purpose.
