Its not banned but maybe ur accounts it beacuse it was banned on my 1 acc but not on the other one so i belive the ur account is banned right know i m online playing gta5 so idk

If a CID is banned and you're logged in, you'll still be able to remain online but if you try and access the PSN store, it'll tell you the ID is banned. You'll also be autokicked in 24 hours if you remain logged in.

Regarding GTA - within 30 minutes 0f a CID being PSN banned, you'll be kicked.

I've tried it on 3 PS3s at this point (2 DEX, 1 CEX), with 3 separate and non-connected accounts.

It's banned.
