But how do you knoq if your banned or suspended, when i tried to sign into playstation on pc and it said " you cant login, you have been suspended" it didnt say i was banned...

Your account is banned. Sony doesn't put banned when you sign in on their site on pc. If you try to sign in on the ps3, it'll say suspended or banned. You can chat with them and they'll say you violated the terms then send a email saying the same thing. Make a new account

Yeah your console banned. You got to make a new account on the psn website, not on the ps3 and then try a public cid or buy a private and you'll be back on.
