It's no one's fault... Console ID's that are seen hundreds of times at the same time are obviously going to get banned quick. Especially considering each console is supposed to have it's own UNIQUE ID. General logic should tell anyone that if you start seeing the same thing hundreds of times when you know for a fact that only 1 exists... well then chances are that there are a lot of fakes out there. (everyone connected to the same console ID in this case...)
