There is a huge difference between a Public CID which is used by thousands of people, then a Private CID which is used by just 1 person. Kinda the reason why they get banned so fast, Sony isnt stupid, they know there cant be more then 1 person on the same CID at a time, if they see that then clearly someone is in the wrong at that point.
