Banned Console ID #8596

U post a lot thank u, but do u know how to fix this error so a week ago there was this banned ip idps I put it on my ps3 but it gave me this error I removed it but now even if I put another CID it keeps giving that error and keeps saying my psn password is wrong and keeps resetting it everytime I turn off my ps3, now whenever I put a new idps on my ps3 it works but when I turn off my ps3 and put the same Id again it gives the ip banned error, please help do you know how to fix this

    not sure whats the latest fw update for hen but you can also try the latest fw installing then it wont ask you for update
