Use this to change your console id PSIDPATCH16 CFW 4.50 FIXED BY MEGAGO then use senable to do the rest.

Hey Barry i went into factory mode and tried and click restore default settings on my DEX ps3 and now when i try to sign in it says the connection the the server timed out. Any fix please?

Enter recovery mode and pick option 5 restore file system, it will delete all data and restore cfw to default setting.

when you setup your connection try wireless if you use ethernet vice versa
