It's a bug, your using a invalid CID to make an account. However, that invalid cid won't allow you to get online. You'll need a actual working Console ID.

How comes I've never been banned I've had my jailbrake about 9 months I'm on it all day I'm either on bo2 GTA5 or nowtv and I've never had a Cid ban I've had one account banned when I modded bo3 I don't use any Sen enabler or psninja I just load my game and play surely I should be banned by now ?
