It will say in description of download torrent. You can run any region game. Just make sure you get an original eboot file

yes but if you download it how would you know what your region code thing is

Yep make sure you know if its BLU or BLE before downloading,
Most Dex tools do work with BLU and BLE
If your on DEX get Rebug EBOOT with super force host (HOSTING XP LOBBY)

is as connecting through with rebug tool or black box ftp what ever you use,
open the ps3 up on your pc with filezilla navagate to HDD0 than (game) copy it to there
back to ps3 open up copy it,
