Yes, he disrespected me and disrespected a member for honestly no reason at all, he just start insulting him, he was banned for inappropriate behavior.

It's a little weird, a warning is a ban, it's goes by like, ehm for an example, you can give someone a warning point of 1, whenever the warning point expires (the time u set it to expire) is the time they will get unbanned you can make it more than 1 warning point though, the more warning points you get the more tied down your account is.
