It'd have to emulate PS3 and try to login to PSN or something, don't think it's possible.

You can test them quickly yourself using CCAPI, it takes few seconds to change ID and you can do it one after another.

Install software on PC, install pkg on PS3, and you can connect any time - in game or whatever, and check some info like temperatures and most important - change ID's on the fly.
